The greatness of Clover can't definitely be delved into with that short of a runtime. However, what is unacceptable is that they don't even try to.
Plot:
The four-leaf Clover is powerful and thus kept alone. Someone comes to deliver her and he dies during their escape. That's all happens, but it isn't even developed. The plot starts a beginning of something deeper about the meaning of life, freedom, or something, but the lacking dialogues and the nearly empty script make the thing woefully underdeveloped.
Music:
As its a music video, the music lasts all 6. It consists in a very soft piano+voice. However, like all this music video,
...
its nearly empty, The singer's voice is great, but I waited forever for the song to really start, which never happened.
Art:
The animation is a mix of 3D and cel-shading, both which are good for their period, but they clearly don't mix together at all.
This music video is nearly empty from beginning to end, which contrasts a lot with the other CLAMP ones I have seen. They made a song that should have lasted 2mn into 6.

Girls' Last Tour follows the end of the journey of the last living beings on a hyperurbanized Earth that has already been devastated by WW3. Its appeal stems from the tragicomedy that is made possible by the mix between a philosophical slice-of-life and a post-apocalyptic survival setting, as well as the dynamic between the moe main duo. In this way, it entirely embodies the feeling of bittersweetness, depicting the life of two cute and cheerful girls in an empty and long-dead human civilization, and will make you feel at the same time sad and happy all the way through.
Pacing:
For many, the slow pacing and empty
...
world will probably be the issue. However, this pacing and worldbuilding will give you time to reflect on the presented topics as well as leave the pride of place to the dynamic between the two characters. I wouldn't say this anime is totally relaxing, as there are many stressful moments caused by the hard struggles for survival in what you could call a megalopolis-sized hardcore urbex. However, the mood is generally quite serene, as the characters explore and continue trying to outlive the world.
The plot is mainly driven by the main duo's encounters with individual characters of the day, that each have their own goal, as well as their exploration of the ruins of diverse buildings. The plot mainly relies on the atmosphere, and as such there is not so much talking and very sparse action. I advise you to watch the episodes one by one.
Topics:
Dialogues take an important place here, and deal with various subjects, including war, religion, the sense of purpose and what it means to be alive. The development of these notions is mainly driven by the dialectic between the main duo, as Yuuri and Chito represent diametrically opposed personalities. The supporting cast is mainly present to serve as examples for these ideas, mainly about the meaning of life, which is a quite prevalent, if not original, topic. Moreover, the worldbuilding as a whole allows one to reflect on ghibli-esque topics, presenting common conflicts such as war and humans against their environment.
On the worldbuilding side, it mainly presents a world that is far past its due date, in what could be described as a post-post-apocalyptic world: It tries to depict what this world would look like to a naive outsider (the main duo) and what would be left to see, albeit in an unprecise way, as the events that led to this apocalypse are not explicitly described. The viewer will mainly retain from it a sense of nostalgia for the present world and a way to see it from a unaccustomed perspective.
Characters:
The main strength of this anime if you are not interested in the post-apocalyptic world: The character dynamic between Yuuri and Chito. While it first appears as a Pinky (Yuuri) and The Brain (Chito) dynamic, they are far more than that. Indeed, Yuuri and Chito are radically opposed characters, both in personality and ideals. With their destination being their only similarity, they perfectly complement each other in terms of both skills and attitudes. To be honest, I do relate to and like more Chito, and I did want the agressive and stupid Yuuri to die in the first episode, but then I understood that this great character dynamic is only possible thanks to their completing characters, and that Chito would have not survived long if not for Yuuri. Their relationship starts quite well (far before the story), and their friendship and trust develops more and more during the story, as in the way they both file away each other's flaws. That's what their friendship is all about: to appreciate and trust each other despite their differences, and to improve on one another.
Art:
As so often, White Fox excels when it comes to the visuals, but struggles when it comes to 3D CGI. Fortunately, the enormous and complex backgrounds depicting an desolated urban hell are far more present than the visible 3D CGI, which is only used sometimes on the motorbike, as well as on some robots.
As a world of soviet buildings and steel piping is quite dull, the artistic direction mainly focuses on lighting as well as using the time of day and weather conditions to vary the atmosphere, which brings out the charm of these dilapidated landscapes.
The animation is quite good but was constrained by the scenario which definitely limits the studio's potential. Indeed, fights are nonexistent and the animation is mainly caused by the slow but intermittent disintegration of the city's infrastructure.
The character design follows the manga and is thus quite simplistic for the main characters, as Yuuri and Chito look like simple but singular moeblobs. Otherwise, it is average for the supporting cast. Meanwhile, I liked the mechanical design that was used for the vehicles and the robots.
Music:
The soundscape is near-empty, thus fitting in with the mood of a dying world. However, the sounds succeed at alerting the characters and the viewers to what will happen. Nonetheless, there is a good and very peaceful OST as well as great insert songs. The OP and ED are good, but could mislead the viewer as they are far more upbeat than the anime itself.
To conclude, this anime is for you if you want to see what will be left after everyone dies, or if you want to see a slow-paced dynamic of frienship between completing moeblobs. Meanwhile, it is not for you if you want to see an action comedy in a militarist post-apocalypse.

This retells the story starting from before the deletion of the first D-mail (two-thirds of the anime).
It differs from the original story by adding more backstory for Kurisu and Faris, adds a conection between them and between their fathers. It makes (partially) sense of the behavior of Nakabachi before the story. For the rest, the scenario is identical right to the end, and completes the character development for Kurisu (and Faris).
It's great, even just for reliving the main Steins;Gate story. The quality is on par with the original, even if this added backstory adds unnecessary relations (Hashida's mother, who looks just like Suzuha, indirectly contradicting

An added half-season 2.5 in one long episode for Konosuba. The same thing but with even more explosions. If you liked the anime watch it. If you think it was meh, watch it for Megumin (best girl).
Animation is the same but because there is a lot of "superior magic" instead of standard combat, it was far above your average episode.
The jokes are on par with the rest, but I think it was funnier here. I like how they developed more the Destroyer's creator and Megumin, but the rest of the team isn't developed at all. They still have a problem with character development : I
...
think Megumin was developed more in 1h30 than Kazuma in 2 seasons.
In the second half, it becomes far too epic compared to the rest of the anime, but the comedy aspect is reduced a lot. However, it's still a parody of a real epic anime, and it is funny.

At least, it was really funny.
You need to have seen other generic isekais before because this is a parody of the genre. Here, there are no messages, no great speeches, no ideas, nothing of this sort. Instead, you'll find fanservice, lewd humour and immature gags.
For S1 and S2 and the OVAs:
Konosuba is very light-hearted and with nearly no stakes at all because of the literal deus ex machina. It's one of those animes where no one dies. Moreover, the evil guys aren't really evil, and when they suddenly become so, it's not as impactful. Meanwhile, all the good guys have a tremendous explosion resistance. The
...
protagonists are not "useless" or "weak", contrary to what they say: they are just very unmotivated and their powers somewhat flawed.
The team is your average RPG squad, except everyone is crazy in their own way :
Aqua, being the dumbest character ever, impedes the progress of everyone by crying and complaining, and causes nearly all their problems because of her dumbness, while being totally the most OP when she is motivated;
Darkness, a knight refurbished as a tank, and the most developed character by far, except it's only the fanservice;
Megumin (best girl), is a mage but with one spell slot, and the only really motivated character;
Kazuma is a jack-of-all-trades generic protagonist, and is there just for fun and jiggles, and there are enough jiggles to outgainax Gainax themselves.
There is nearly no character development : Megumin and Darkness are developed ONLY at the beginning of the second season, while Aqua gets some at the end (yes everyone else including Kazuma get NO development). They all stay like the gimmick they were defined as in their first appearance, except Aqua who gets more serious for no reason at mid-S2. Fortunately new characters appear, but they are even more bland and flat (even Wiz).
The worldbuilding, even for an anime that short, is below the ground. It functions like a videogame world for many matters and purposes, but it isn't: The magic system is mana-based and bolstered by a skill system: Only Aqua and Kazuma acquire skills during the 2 seasons. Everyone is either practically invincible or can be revived. Otherwise, it's a standard medieval-fantasy with nearly only humans (and liches that behave like humans).
The scenario progresses somewhat steadily, alternating quests probably found in Monster Hunter and average fantasy bosses, but less cool. Indeed, there is no cool factor in this anime, as it has all been subverted, for "humour", except the humour consists in the same jokes for 20 episodes (+2 OVA). Darkness is funnier than everyone else (combined) because she is masochist, and it works only because she is practically invincible.
The art and the OST is average, with cool OPs and EDs, great CGI for bosses and for Megumin only, great animation: the animators were as lazy and Aqua and many things that should have been animated aren't (after all they spent all their time animating boobs...). The cities landscapes are great, while the wilderness and the dungeons' backgrounds are subpar.
If you want to watch this, turn your brain off, have watched generic fantasy animes beforehand: This is the only way you'll get to enjoy this. It's not deep at all and it's as hollow as Aqua's skull.
PS: Forget the first OVA except if you want more fanservice.

This episode is a light-hearted filler for the rest of the series. It is a temporary charming and fun change from the usual tone in the series, that is much needed.
Indeed, you should (if you could) watch ONLY just after episode 13 : Before it will spoil you, and after it will be too outdated for the scenario. There is little character development but it's nice and laid-back and can perfectly fit in the rest of the series (but only at this particular point !)
The art is identical to the rest and the story doesn't break the bigger scenario. There are references to the
...
rest of the show, and is similar to the christmas episode.
