Honestly had such good potential the first three episodes from there on out it drilled straight down into garbage territory.
Main character is an idiot edge lord that continually uses the batman voice to sound more edgy. And isnt even powerful when hes supposed to be the special hero or at least doesn't show it when hes getting beat up by regular dudes.
The writing falls apart as well into a nothing burger at the end. Avoid and waste your time with something else because this aint it.
The main character acts like he lost his lover when a character he knew for a month is killed by ... a corrupt king. This show truly ran its self straight into the ground.

First I'll start off by saying im not sure why this series garnered such bad reviews and low scores. Maybe it was something lost in the original sub i myself watched it in the dub version so maybe they fixed alot of the issues that the original viewers found with it. But personally ive watched alot of crappy anime and this is far from that. It has an original idea and presents it in a decent fashion. My advice to anyone on the fence go ahead and give it a try yeah sure there are some slow parts but overall the show is good and ... deserves a second season.
