- Shows us several bonds of a group of girls having to strive in becoming idols. Having to start from strangers to close ones they'd then call 'family'. - They give off flashbacks of what each character had gone through in their tough times. Having to change, with the atmosphere of getting surrounded by their group of friends. - Art style are kinda similar (both show's come from different studios) Personally, i would prefer 'idoly pride' more than the other. But that depends on your taste ;). Aight, imma yeet- ( ͡⚆ ͜ʖ ͡⚆)

...then you might like Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai? Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen add

Kaguya-sama gives off a story of two male and female MCs trying possibly anything they can to get one of the other to fall in love first as 'a game'. On the other hand, Masamune-kun no revenge introduces a male MC having to sacrifice anything to let the other fall in love for revenge regarding his past. SAME VIBE HERE? Nah? shit, it might just be me who's seeing this (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻ Anyways, both shows are pretty hilarious to watch. That's all I could say >0<

Just the fact on how both shows had me dying with laughter just seemed so familiar. Although I prefer Grand Blue more, just if you'd like to explore I'd recommend this one :3

Friendship development feels the same, with shit having a lot to take into at least from the beginning to the third episode. - Same atmosphere *suspense* - Secrets slowly being opened and hidden - Excitement and bonds between both shows kinda feel the same :3
