I genuinely don't know how to feel about this anime. It's not good, but it's not bad. It made me angry, happy, sad, unsatisfied, satisfied. The entire show feels ridiculous and stupid yet fitting and moving. I don't know what the message is, and whether I agree with it or not. I have never been so conflicted about an anime in my entire life.

Literally one thing I can agree on is why don't the takopi just kill the dads genuinely it all stems from shitty fathers. Can somewhat sympathise with the mothers too but honestly should kill them off too. Just tell the kids ... your parents don't mean shit if they don't love you.

It truly is one of the anime of all time.

When I read the other reviews and saw the score, I was expecting to see a disaster of a manga. After I read it, I was reminded why you should never believe what other people say about things without trying it yourself.

This is probably one of the best comedies I have ever read. I have never laughed so hard after reading a manga. The image I had of this story was so completely different from what it actually is due to the opinions and thoughts of others poisoning me. I can't say anymore due to spoilers, but I LOVED the ending. It fits the story ... perfectly, was a nice wrap up and didn't leave any loose ends or cliffhangers. It's short enough for a good laugh when you need it.
