If you just watched Di Gi Charat and wondering if you should watch this, I guess you could if you want to. It lacks the unpredictable nature of the original series. The episodes feel dragged out since they are 13 minutes rather than 4 minutes, and I think the jokes are not as good. Technically, the animation is better, but since I liked the charm of the low-budget animation of the original, I don't think it's much of a plus.

My doctor said I should cut down on sugar, but here we are. Tamon's B-Side is a great example of a wholesome romance. A hitman and an 8-year old girl swap bodies! This is a disaster! Well, just for the hitman. The girl is chilling and happy that she doesn't need to deal with bullies and her overbearing mother. The hitman has to deal with the girl's problems while still being a hitman. Both situations are hilarious, and the two characters have great chemistry with each other.

Me, 291 days ago: I love how we can see the Lucky Star girls again as 30-somethings! The characters are just as charming, the banter is fun, and the new character designs fit them. I can be a sadist. When a fictional character is suffering, I tend to laugh rather than feel bad for them. However, Goodnight Punpun shut me up, and I think the reason why it did that is what makes the manga so special.
