Characters
These are perhaps one of the most one dimensional characters that i have seen in a while. Whats worse is how hard the writers try to make the characters interesting with backstories. I adore characters that have a solid backstory that adds to their progression. This way I can see and appreciate how far a character has grown and changed. This doesn't happen with this show. The characters have nothing to them but their backstories. After a while these characters become so unenjoyable because of their obsession with their ... past that they becomes really cheesy and unbelievable.
And don't even get me started on the main protagonist. Hes probably the most annoying "tragic" character there is.
Art
while at first seems appealing it later dissolves into cgi the anime and becomes almost unbearable to watch. They tried to make the anime artistic by creating bright colors with the backgrounds and the characters but it really didn't work.
Sound
Boring. Only the opening is fun but that's about the only thing I can give props to this show. I remember nothing about the soundtrack and I just finished watching the thing.
Story
Confusing and ends with a lackluster ending with what I guess can be considered a cliffhanger. This maybe would have worked better if this show would have been expanded but I kind of doubt it. Whats frustrating about this story is how hard they tried to make it philosophical with its constant dialogue of choice and the idea of changing the future. With a setting and characters that seem stuck in the past this really doesn't really work.

Maybe watch this if your drunk and you want to laugh at a really bad show
