This is going to be a shorter review for this round! I'm not a big, well not a huge fan of reversed harems. Buuuut, this anime has been sitting in my Planned to Read list and I decided to give it a go! This is a pretty relaxing anime to watch, that is only 8 minutes long. I personally enjoyed it, going on blind!
The main protagonist is a girl named Hinako Nakayama who disguises herself as her long lost twin brother, and enters an all boys school. I honestly forgot she was a girl since she blends in so well within the cast.

art and sound, it was average for me. As for art it was standard, but not bad! There are pretty scenes sprinkled in there. Anyways this anime is short and simple, characters are simple as well as their personalities (the voices are perfect as well!). The anime shows the strengthing of friendship and the cast getting to know each other more!

This movie felt kinda weird to me, I don’t know… Anyway, there’s this evil collector guy named “Lawrence the Third”, who is trying to capture all three Kanto birds and summon? Well, capture fricking Lugia and catch it… I think (kinda relate to him in a way of the capture part lol). Ash and the gang land on a random island and go to the annual Legend Festival, which people are celebrating because of some prophecy. The chosen one, aka Ash, must venture to collect these elemental balls and bring them to a central point where this girl named Melody plays her flute… or something.

Team Rocket shows up, birds fight a lot, Ash gets the balls, hajinks go crazy, uhhhh, baja blast fills the ocean, and everyone is saved!
Also, there’s a talking Slowking that honestly chill as hell.
I DID like how they tried to fill in lore bits on this festival thing surrounding the Legendary Birds. But… I just kept getting confused on what was going on with this fricking BIRDS, like, one moment they were chill and the next they were trying to explode each other like they just DIDN’T break out of prison together and take down a big ship. It felt really weird to me. ALSO, they glossed over that there were implied previous Chosen Ones? Like, does this world-ending threat happen every festival or…?
It felt like this could’ve been a lot shorter movie; it really dragged on with the climax of the movie, so it killed my enjoyment for me, but I can’t blame it for the wack padding for time. It was a middle-of-the-road movie for me; it had choices that confused me, and it’s really hard to follow up to that point. But, either way, it was a pretty fun movie to watch to turn my brain off too.

The concept is strange, but the execution is… surprisingly amazing! I had to re-read it before I had to write this review, though! It was quite an enjoyable and easy read. It was amusing how the characters interacted, even though scenes were ALWAYS in the bathroom.
The art is drawn cutely and has a fun, lighthearted feel to it on every page. It does have fan service within the panels, very much BL. I like how the characters are a variety of sea creatures in the manga. Anywhooooo, this is the most fun comedy BL series I’ve read that FELT pretty refreshing to me in

I've got to be quite frank, I have never watched Lucky Star ever in my life. Only like… clips of the show scattered about YouTube and such. It's a Slice of life + comedy with no real plot… It ticks all the boxes for me! It simply revolves on the average high school girl's day-to-day activities eventually going down the outrageously crazy route. I've seen people dislike the the first episodes of the show, but I've found them SUPER entertaining! It depends on the viewer honestly.

the "slice of life" genre's randomness. I totally enjoyed the plot's development. I wooould say Lucky Star is very otaku oriented, it makes fun of anime and otaku clichés and I loved it. The soundtrack has a nice Animal Crossing-esq, a casual appealing edge to it! Other than that the music is so catchy, most of the songs are themes of actual anime. It's a grand otaku fest! ( ￣▽￣)
The animation style is simplistic. Lucky Star adopts a cartoony look without paying too much on detail, cute and wacky. The character's faces are priceless in some scenes. Anywhoooo! You can relate to Konata Izumi since she's also a gamer and her buying all those dvds and manga, and everything related to anime of course. I also love her friends like the clumsy, sweet Tsukasa Hiiragi and her older twin sister, the stereotypical tsundere Kagami Hiiragi. And then there's Miyuki Takara. Who among the key characters is intelligent as well as elegant. They all have varying personalities and they're all enjoyable even the side characters! This one is recommended to the otakus out there.
All you gotta do is sit back, relax, and have a good laugh as the characters crack jokes with each other.

So I started watching this show, because it had cute magical boys and I never watched a single magical boy anime until now. I need something fun to watch while balancing out the more serious anime I have on my own list… I went into this anime anticipating a masculine version of the often-mentioned Pretty Cure series. I was in for the humor and the wacky clichés. I actually really enjoyed this one.

that it's written for fangirls who wish to pair friends together, it has a
highkey romantic undertones (i honestly enjoy that as a multishipper myself).
The five main characters are set in highschool with the usual genre stereotypical personality types. (the cute one, the lazy one, the brains, etc.) They're chosen by a pink alien wombat to be the defenders of the world and give love to the loveless. The catch, however, is that the main five characters do not care about this job. They make fun of their goofy clothes and give their attacks ridiculous titles. It's all a fun ride. The art keeps you entertained enough, it's easy and cute to the eyes. The music was repetitive, but well put into place in scenes. The weekly monsters were… to put it was not what I was expecting, they could have made something better but it's fine it fits the narrative.
Anyway, If you don't get attached to the characters, that's fine. With the self-aware humor, general wittiness and overall fun times with the mentioned LOVE-MAKING. Will I watch season 2 and the sequel? Actually, yes!

This is going to be a shorter review on this one! At the time of this review, there are currently 30 chapters of the manga. It's something that could life up your mood! The comedy is funny and relatable, it focuses on four male leads that are clumsy in their own way (basically being clumsy and playing it cool).
The chapters aren't too long and I think that's better since there aren't any clear storyline nor any drama happening.
The plot is just really simple to follow! Just a simple slice-of-life of four goofy guys going about their days being clumsy ( ≧∀≦)ノ

Veil is a manga that is frankly a very delicious ✨ VISUAL - DELIGHT ✨
Rant incoming. For the past year, I’ve enjoyed more romance manga. But… none of them has left me amazed or stuck with me for more than a day at most after I’ve finished it. Honestly, for me, I just find them a bit predictable and slow like every single one has got to have a fireworks scene with a festival and a beach episode scene. Most romance manga feel like the same story repeated over and over again… with very little variation. Nothing flavoring it up in the relationship aspect.

After reading 39 chapters. Veil by Kotteri is by far the best romance manga to date and also the most unique out of all the copy-paste stories I’ve read before. It's a full-colored story, drawn beautifully with gorgeous art sprinkled throughout this manga. It captures the everlasting aesthetic of the European (french?) 20th-century lifestyle, with art pieces and fashion designs from that era. I'm completely weak when it comes to visual aesthetics. Ahem, this manga has really short chapters going in, with jaw-dropping cover art of scenes of the two main characters; Emma and Aleksander.
Emma is a blind 21-year-old eloped young woman and Aleksander is a 23-year-old police officer. Most of this story is filled with fluffy and wholesome moments, the characterizations and interactions between the two leads, and their daily lives. I also love that the author added the “Her” and “His” monologue scenes, every 20 chapters the monologue scenes are usually centered around the events of one of the chapters. It adds more detail and layers to our two main characters. Another cool way the author adds more detail is the personification of inanimate objects commenting on Emma and Aleksander’s relationship. Like conversations of a teapot and empty cup, stairs, and a chandelier. I really really love that and I find it cute.
I think the budding relationship between the two characters is the ambiguity of it all and that is what makes it special. There are moments that can be generally read as romantic, and their banter can be coy or flirty. The specialness of their physical connection; not a sexual attraction or focus on body parts. After reading more chapters, I think their relationship feels like it has naturally progressed from a platonic one to a romantic one. Overall, I don't have anything else to say about this manga except that you should give it a read yourself! ♪(´▽｀)

I don't think I could add much to what others have written out about this manga, but I will still put my thoughts out there... As the other reviews said. Skip to Loafer is a manga that is a breath of fresh air, this changed my perspective on relationships on how difficult it is to confess to someone you like. This really hit close to home. It paints a unique human connection that is something pretty rare in most romance anime/manga. It's a refreshing and realistic read, and it's so comforting that I cannot stress how amazing a series this is. It's the best

coming-of-age romantic comedy out here, it has a fun but carefree nostalgic feel to it when I read it.
It definitely tackles dramatic and depressing themes of the usual: self-image, dream, confidence, and of course relationships between characters. These are all imperfect characters who are aware that they have room to grow plenty and have time to do so. And I really enjoy that so so much! This review wasn't supposed to be as long as I originally wrote it out to be, but overall this manga is currently enjoyable to read. I cannot help but recommend this to anyone who likes slice-of-life and a light-hearted read! (^^)b

i'm just gonna out right say it. i'm reading this solely because of usaka, his cute clothes and his pretty decked-out room are my psycho therapy! o(T□T)o the mc pisses me off... i'm holding onto hope miyoshi apologizes for blackmailing and forcing usaka into a non-consenual relationship. hope he changes into a GREEN FOREST instead of staying as a red flag by the time the manga is finished
- the set-up at the start of the story is predictable at most.
- the artstyle is cute and it's fitting for the story itself.
- i would have liked to recommend this manga to anyone who stumbles upon it,

but the main character of the manga and his actions just... brings down the whole thing for me personally. i only enjoyed it for usaka, so my score is overall low for this one.

I have not seen this show since middle school, and oh my god i had to write a review of his show. Okay so... I rewatched this anime so I could write this review. Ahem, Mamotte! Lollipop/Save Me Lollipop! is a fairly short 13 episode show. The show's main character is Nina, a 12-year-old girl who mistakenly eats a pink crystal pearl that is sought by a swarm of examinee sorcerers from another dimension. And two boys who dropped from the sky swear to keep her safe till the exam is done. That is the gist of all of it!

cringe, like 6th grader who wrote a fanfic level of cringe... And I ate this up as usual. It's so bad that it's good! I like shoujo and fantasy so this anime caught me hook, line, and sinker. The anime has a trickle of backstories throughout the episodes, but not much. The ending was not for me at all. It wasn't really enjoyable.
Anyway, this series would've been entertaining for young audiences a decade ago. I would've scored this higher since it has a special place in my heart, but when I rewatched it my scorer is lower now.
