It's a dark revenge manga. It involves GORE. So, if you're not interested in gore it will obviously not entice you. I believe if the demographics included a gore tag, it wouldn't get as many negative reactions as they'd know what they're getting themselves into.
I enjoy how the author came up with different sort of torture techniques, rather than just sexual assault. And it's revenge they well deserved. He goes totally nuts with his revenge, knows no mercy and really seems to have lost it, unlike many MCs who seem sane enough to feel pity.
P.S. No, I don't support violence irl.
