This anime is a fucking amazing love letter to classic samurai films, hip hop, american black culture, anime and just art in general its short simple and amazing, fantastic charcters, fantastic soundtrack and sick fights I think the closest comparison would be the black swordsman arc of berserk and ninja ninja would be puck ig lol but the thing i love so much about afro samurai is that afro samurai is objectively not even the "hero" he was taught about the evils of revenge but he still lets it take over him and continues to sink lower and lower for an objectivley meaningless headband and
