Log Horizon
Players get sucked into a game-like world, with no way of returning to the main world immediately. The main distinction between Log Horizon and SAO is the fact that death carry different meaning in each world. There is a respawn system in Log Horizon - death does not mean the end. In SAO, it is imperative not to die, for death means actual death in the real world. Yet, those in Log Horizon face a different type of despair as there is no clear direction on how to return to the real world, and death is not even an option. Those in SAO fear actual death while working towards the goal of clearing the 'game', with the reward being the return to the real world. 10/10 recommended to imaginative readers who wish to escape the realities of real world and operate under a game system instead.

Back to You
Though Orange somewhat has the element of time travel, it is slightly different in the sense that letters are sent to the past, instead of the character(s) returning to the past. Both are focused on saving the life of the FL's crush, however Back to You directly changes the past whereas Orange creates a new parallel universe. 10/10 recommended to readers who wish they have done things or handled matters differently in the past.
