They are not exactly similar besides being isekais, actually, they are quite the opposite of each other. While Re:Zero is extremely traumatizing and you would probably cry watching of how emotional it is, KonoSuba is funny and you would laugh a lot, but I think you will probably enjoy one if watched the other because basically Re:Zero is like a dark story and KonoSuba is the light one, so if you want watch something like KonoSuba but it being sad and stuff, Re:Zero will be your cup of tea and vice-versa.

Cyberpunk: Edgerunners

This recommendation go both ways. So, either shows have sad endings in which emotional things happen not only in the end, but in the process to it as well. They also follow the same formula and I would risk saying that Akame ga Kill inspired whoever made Cyberpunk Edgerunners because is super similar. That's it, if you like this type of anime I highly recommend you watching both if you haven't watched any.

Mob Psycho 100

They are from the same author, but Mob Psycho got a little more author's care, with also less comedy. The show presents Mob, an ordinary High schooler, who has basically no friends, and throughout the anime we see him evolving as a human, helping people, understanding how's life, getting friends who care for him, and a lot more. (Just saying that it doesn't make One Punch Man a bad show whatsoever, it's also a great anime with a good character evolving).

Shuumatsu no Izetta

Both shows are in a similar timeline (world wars) and military related, where there are witches who fight. They are basically very similar to each other, if u liked Saga of Tanya the Evil I'm almost sure that you will at least enjoy Shuumatsu no Izetta. As I said, the two have almost the same formula if we're talking about world-building.
