So many twists and turns in this manga. Just when I thought I've made up my mind as to whether I like it or dislike it, the mangaka throws yet another plot twist at me which makes me dislike it or like it all over again.
I think the art alone is the deciding factor, the style goes from quite cute when illustrating the slice of life day-to-day scenes to genuinely unsettling at the scarier parts.
Overall I wouldn't call it incredible, but it's definitely worth checking out if you're into horror/creepy manga with a side of sci-fi, and have a few hours to kill.

Simply put, Tsukihime is a fascinating story. It gets a bit edgy at times, but it's genuinely fantastic nonetheless.
However the anime does not do it justice. At all. Terrible pacing, spotty at best animation quality, and very significant chunks of the plot just being omitted entirely. Do yourself a favor, if the concept of the show looks interesting to you. Go read the visual novel. I haven't played the 2021 remake, so I cannot vouch for that one, but the original is a masterpiece. Going to keep it as short as MAL will allow, I don't feel the need to write a novel but I do ... "Missed opportunities" is probably the best way to describe the Fate/Extra anime. Those who have never played the game it's based on will probably be confused by a fair few of the plot elements. Those that have played the game might wonder to themselves why the creators decided to completely ignore so many of the parts of the game that made it one of the most interesting stories/settings of any fictional media I've come across in a long time.
