If you liked Druaga no Tou: The Aegis of Uruk add

...then you might like Ixion Saga DT add

Both anime has the adventure/RPG style to it, where the hero is kinda thrown into trouble in some way. Druaga's a bit more segmented since every episode is them climbing one floor of the tower (in most cases). The biggest similarity I find are the humour/gags in both stories, though Ixion's jokes lean towards the more perverted side of things. They are both extremely enjoyable if you give it a few episodes to sink in.

The atmosphere and the story between these two manga are VERY different, but both of these student/teacher relationship manga are probably the most enjoyable and most well-written ones I've read so far. Just really hoping to put it out there for other people looking for more of these types of romances to give either one a go.

...then you might like The One add

Both stories have great minds behind it that will send one surprise at you after another. Every time you think the arc or the plot can't get any better, it'll do a complete 180 at you. While I think there's definitely similarities between the characters, the comedy and how both stories borrow from similar settings (the entertainment industry), it really quickly diverges from there. The progress of The One (romance-wise) moves a lot quicker than Skip Beat. Different characteristics and themes are used very differently between the two stories, which makes both stories so enjoyable and not repetitive. I thoroughly enjoy both equally, I think a lot of you will too. :)

Both about a really dense girl with very little social skills and a male love interest that's perfect to the dot... Last Game's time frame/setting moves a lot quicker, but they're both really similar.

If you liked Reimei no Arcana add

...then you might like Magnolia add

Both main characters are of royal blood involving a charming bodyguard and an obvious love interest (whom the main character first despise). Also, there's a lot of similarities between the main characters of both manga. The story and setting are somewhat different, but they're both good!

If you liked Toshokan Sensou add

...then you might like Senjou no Valkyria add

Very similar in the nature of the story, action and romance. It's just the setting is a bit different, and Valkyria has a bit of the magic element in it that Toshokan Sensou doesn't. They're both pretty good!

The story is very different, but the premise and ideas around both these stories are very similar. If you're looking for a decently strong female character in a story and a bit of romance, then these are for you.

They both have very eerie and dark plots.

If you liked Bitter Virgin add

...then you might like Negative Happy Chainsaw Edge add

Both stories have a very similar bittersweet mood and atmosphere to it, even though there's no similarity to plot.

If you liked Crimson Spell add

...then you might like Superior add

The humour is very similar, and when I was reading Superior, Crimson Spell really came to mind... but for those who do not read yaoi (boy x boy), Crimson Spell is probably not for you. Crimson Spell also has a lot more smut. :P

If you liked Kaze no Stigma add

...then you might like Darker than Black: Kuro no Keiyakusha add

darker than black is more action-based, whereas kaze no stigma also has the action, but more geared towards comedy/romance (not to mention the lack of a holistic plot, but then again... the manga for kaze no stigma will never reach completion, so i'll give it a break :P). but i highly enjoyed both. in fact, i took the recommend of kaze no stigma from DtB so i hope someone else to like them too :)
