Shijou Saikyou no Deshi Kenichi

The main character is training to be the best, so are the secondary characters in kenshin. What I loved about kenichi was the mixture of excitement and laughter, and I get the same from kenshin. (up to the end of the shishio fight.) Kenshin has some pretty epic back story, semi realistic feel to the fight styles, and is (in my opinon) one of the best anime someone could watch (again till the end of the one arc) the movies are (kinda) great, the ova of kenshins back story is great and if it's your cup of tea, there's 3 live action movies recently done. (they're really not bad) all in all I Honestly tell my friends to watch it, and to this date, noone's hated it. Give it a try ^.^
