Heika Watashi wo Wasurete Kudasai

Lunia, the daughter of the Count of Persephone, was shunned by her father and treated like a tool by her half-brother, leading a lonely life. Meanwhile, she is chosen by a priest to be engaged to Hades, the head of the Duke of Khronoa family, and decides to marry into the cursed duke family. The Duke of Khronoa, feared as the "King of the Underworld," is cursed with a short lifespan if he does not marry a bride chosen by the emperor. However, Hades tells Lunia that he has no intention of loving her.

In order to keep Hades alive, Lunia deceived him and spent the night with him, then disappeared without realizing that she was pregnant with his child. Seven years later, Hades somehow managed to find Lunia and tried to take her back with the child...

Mixed Feelings

Preliminary (11/12 eps)

The premise is interesting but unless you are on a current craving for stories that follow a similar "heroine separates from husband" trope, this one is on the lower end of the spectrum because of the lack of original/unique elements in this story.

The fact that the episodes are also only 5 minutes long also takes away from the experience, especially if you don't wait & binge watch several episodes in a row.

I should add though, contrary to another reviewer; I DID end up looking up/reading the source material after the first few episodes so if you're really interested I'd recommend maybe checking out the source ... first then you can judge yourself if you'd like to watch it "animated"
I put that in quotes by the way because it has a "unique" way of being animated. Some would argue that it's "AI generated" but it basically looks a bit like "colored manga panels" that "slide" around rather than actually being "animated."
It's a bit hard to describe unless you see it for yourself (or have seen this animation-style in other series) but I personally am not bothered by such an "animation" style.

Anyhow: in this sense, the anime probably achieved it's goal of trying to garner interest in the "source material" at least from me. But definitely not everyone's cup of tea. I also would not call this "so good it's a must-see" either as I'd guarantee you I'll probably easily forget this series once it ends.

As an anime is bad, the episodes are so short but i still watched at x2 speed because they felt dragged, the animations is interesting as the use the Manhwa and make that edit type animation, as promotion for the manhwa it works, i checked a few chapters.
the premised was interesting but the execution was very poor, is predictible and boring
(the manhwa is still ongoing but I'm pretty sure that the vision, whole reason the FL does what she does is a misinterpretation of the kids playing), the protagonist feels dumb and the ML unsavory, and the kids are just kids but not even in ... a cute way

Even with very low expectations this was still somehow awful. I genuinely think the author of this has a rape fetish.

The first 3 episodes zipped through the plot.
Episode one opens with a Brother trying to rape his sister but he's stopped because... she's getting married?!
Episode two, the guy shes marrying is going to die by 30 if he doesn't sleep with her.. for some reason? But hes's like I'm good off that girl so she DRUGS AND RAPES HIM? THEN LEAVES?
Episode 3 surprise she has twin boys and it's been 7 years and the husband just now finds her and drags ... her back.

The next 7 episodes were just slow hmph I don't wanna stay married to you!
Into Episode 11 which is BOOM INCEST RAPE AGAIN?

Also why are they all named after gods?? This isn't even loosely related to mythology aside from a girl being forced to marry some powerful guy.

The kids were cute, if this was fleshed out better I think it'd be good. I'm assuming it's based off some manhwa but this by no means makes me want to go read it.
