| It's still early in the season but feels like Yoi's feelings towards Kohaku are all over the place. As a school shoujo, it does use some classic tropes like rumors. However, I like how Yoi's character shows the most personality when she's around Kohaku. There's definitely a spark and curiousity there. |

| Yea idc what manga fans, you’ll never convince me that Yoi doesn’t look like the most beautiful girl alive in this show nor that the animation is the worst thing ever. It’s not A-1/Doga Kobo, but it’s very much good for a romance story like this. Another really good episode, our prince is starting to fall!! Lmao at Ichimura’s friend inadvertently cockblocking him by talking about the other girls in front of Yoi. Luckily he ended up being a curry connoisseur and giving Ichi the excuse he needed to come visit Yoi at work and get even closer to her! The fact Yoi’s dad is she and Ichimura biggest shipper is actually so funny to me tho, bro was happier than she was to have a boy over lmao. Ahhhh the way he made sure she was okay with the handholding because he knows she struggles with men is soo cute! “I think It’s pretty close[to love]” HUGE FAN of how unapologetically down bad for Yoi Ichimura is and how he wants to make sure she knows it omg!! Fuck those lame ass girls at school talking shit about Yoi, like why would you think that makes you attractive at all to a man? No one wants to hear you badmouthing someone, it’s giving insecure. Respect to ichi for telling them off! “I’m wondering why everyone else isn’t interested in something that beautiful” I love how this line is applicable in universe and to the manga elitists who’ve been hating on Yoi’s design in the anime lol. But genuinely in universe I can’t understand how anyone wouldn’t be curious about Yoi because she is stunning, her voice is so pleasant and she’s so talented. I’d be trying to get to know her as much as possible. HELP THE LAST 10 MINS OR SO ARE TRYING TO KILL ME?? The cuddling in the nurse’s office and slowly opening Yoi up to the possibility of letting herself be spoiled and treated like the princess for once, AND THEN THE “would you like to try going out” HELLO??? Ichi comes off aggressive, but I think he’s able to walk that line between being creepy and making his feelings known to Yoi very well. Given she has ZERO experience with guys, I think a little pushiness is in order!! So excited for next episode! Mod Edit: Removed baiting. |

He must have a lot of houses to invite girls lol Both falling asleep in the same bed.. didn't see that coming. Just when Ichimura was about take back his words about dating, Yoi agreed to give it a try, haha |

| Still loving this (though it's only my 3rd fave romance this season due to stiff competition from Polar Opposites and Tamon-kun). There were a few red flags about future quality today, though. Ichimura was off-model all over the place. This shot in particular:  I guess his hair is supposed to be wet, but he's missing like 3 inches in back. His face proportions are different, and at that point, he's supposed to be in a black shirt. I seriously thought that there was a new character, like a mom or sister, waiting when Yoi came out of the bathroom. |
| And then Yoï will accept the joking marriage proposal, but seriously, I don't really believe that such a beauty would not be popular with men just because of her haircut, even in ordinary clothes, she looks gorgeous. |

| 5/5 episode. 1st, I loved how Kohaku firmly put the two girls who badmouthed Yoi in their place and kept them in their lane. 2nd, I enjoyed the brief drama between Kohaku and Yoi before they made up. 3rd, I’m super excited for the upcoming dates now that Kohaku and Yoi finally got together! |

| The end of the episode... When he says, "Why not try going out?t" And she responds, "Then, would you like to try going out?" Now that was the best part, and made this even better to watch. The way they did that and how the characters reacted, perfect. I hope this gets even better. |
Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating. |
