A manhwa with potential yet ruined by a horrible written main character!

The author tried to write him emotionless and heartless yet he failed miserably so and instead made him dumb and a pushover. He literally carries a guy who hates the MC, takes the MC's loot and yet the MC only gets mad in his mind yet doesn't do anything about it and keeps carrying him. Chapter 1-3 the MC acted like he was on a mission and not going to put up with nonsense yet he does just that, he said he was taking all the runes he could find and get stronger ... faster yet lets some guy steal his loot while the MC is carrying him.
From the novel spoilers I read the MC doesn't get better.

Not to mention the sexism in the first few chapters where the MC blames the woman for attracting bad attention simply because she is beautiful instead of blaming those guys yet when those guys tried to kill him the MC says some dumb nonsense logic as to why he won't deal with them and lets them walk away. That happens in the first 3 chapters, I tried giving it a chance but the MC is so horribly written and it doesn't get better.

This is really one of the oldest reincarnation novel but its still manage to stay quite fine, like yea, its not super original, but its a good read, the art is not bad the abilities system with runes is quite interesting and since our mc is limited to only a few of them it will be fun to see how this works out later on, I can really see this becoming one of the big Manwhas because it just feels quite good to read, 7.5/10 I like it and will continue to see how it develops

At this point, it's just a willful story, wholly centered around power, and can be considered as a standard "tower exploration". I did rated this a whole lot higher(a whole 8 rating) when I started reading but as I continued, chapter after chapter, it felt cumbersome as the story is hardly of any notable features unique to it.

With baggage from the future weighing on the main character's choice, you can easily see how there'll be plot armor after plot armor, non-stop, during their journey on returning to their peak. The dynamics between characters is of hardly any substance, like cogs from various machines meshed into ... one and forced to work.

Such story is hardly worth cherishing, but at least it's enough to pass the time.

This is a 4/5 * Manhwa, on the thin ice of falling to 3 stars soon.

The MC is a chosen hero of a fallen world who was sent to the beginning of a death game of sorts. While this kind of scenario isn't entirely new, his approach is prioritizing the bigger picture. Which is basically saving the world even if it means leaving innocent people to die?

It's a bit harsh yet from a realistic perspective I get it, in his last run in the past, you gotta stick to what doesn't lead to death for everyone.

Story wise it's only slightly better than average, lots of ... different characters and tons of abilities to where it's quite hard to keep track of

Somewhere along the halfway point of this Manhwa, there was a massive Art Style Change. The characters look more thinner and simplier I guess, but the 1st style was better.

As of recent chapters, it's very slow in terms of pacing, you aren't missing anything by not reading this
