There is interesting elements that readers from one series would like in the other one: The magical academy setting is well done in both series. in the two series the magical world is originated in a videogame, and the protagonist is tranmigrated to it. In Blinker, it follow a man transported to an minor character. In Villain's will, the developer is transported to a villain professor. The art and wrtting is very good in both series. Also, there exist teasing of harem /romance in both series, but not resolved or advanced yet. 

Do you want a villain themed isekai? A man stepped into a game ? A magical school Harry Potter style? Good harem? Say no more! You will like Extra's academy. One of the better isekai themed manga. Wants a more interesting role for the protagonist, perhaps a professor? A middle game boss? I recommed to you. A Villain's Will to Survive.  

Let's do some magic but classy! *manhwas are about the magic professors who became them in the unusual circumstances; *MCs are of similar nature and are trying to survive; *some of the students are also quite alike; *the world here and there is like the second half of XIX maybe beginning of the XX century (steam punkish) but with magic~ 

Both Mangas/Manhwas have a MC that gets put inside of a video game as a "Trash" Villian and are forced to live with the Villians reputation, while also being forced to have the same personality as the villain that they took over. They obviously have different plots and art styles, but if you like either one of these Manhwas/Mangas, you will like the other.
