Really interesting, at least for now. The story goes about a girl called Maison that receives the title of "Landlord" of the last bastion of human habitation, an incredibly tall tower in a world so close to the sun that the whole planet became a hellish landscape of lava and fire. The "Landlord" seems to work as a representative of the people of sorts, but their true function is shrouded in mystery.

Impressive art, very varied character design and a mix of high-tech indistinguisable from magic, a very particular society and religious undertones aplenty. Reminds me a little bit of Made in Abyss, comparing the ... magnitude of the setting's secrets, child protagonist and surreal environments, but without the questionable panels here and there that Made in Abyss suffers from.

Superb worldbuilding, art, mystery and character design. Totally recommended.

With an easy-to-read story and spectacular art, it leaves you wanting to know what happens next page after page. It immerses you directly into a deep, intricate, yet easy-to-understand lore. In just 20 chapters, it gave me more depth and information than many manga could provide in hundreds.

The characters are totally lovable with unique designs, and the story makes you get attached enough to cry for every single one of them.

The art is spectacular, tempting you to stop and stare at every page intently. Every detail feels deliberate and consistent throughout the reading experience. The manga is full of double-page spreads, where each one perfectly ... reflects the massive world contained within this apartment.

Totally recommended. A very well-thought-out story that you won't regret reading and following.
