Before I begin this review I want to say that when I started this anime I thought it wouldn't be good and just watched it cause I had nothing else I wanted to watch... oh how wrong I was, this is the kind of mystery anime that will keep you watching eagerly until the final second of it! Oh also I will keep this spoiler free.
Story: The story was simply magnificent! That is off course if you like mystery with a touch of horror! I won't say much to avoid spoiling this for you but it's interesting and honestly entertaining. It won't have you laughing

and if you are not fun of the genre you might not like it but if you like mystery you should definitely give it a shot, it's short and each episode is a separate story with the same main characters. -9
Art: I din't like the art very much, it wasn't bad but just not so great... but as long as it's not terrible I don't let it count negatively, it would have been a positive thing if it was better though. -6
Character: The main character had a pretty plain personality, unlike the girl who was actually quite intriguing! But the ones that I found more interesting than anyone were the antagonists, I do usually find the bad people of the story more interesting than the good ones so maybe that's why, but still seeing the way they acted when you didn't expect them to and the reasoning behind their actions was one of the best things in this show. -9
Overall I give this a 9, the only thing I found disappointing about this anime was that I wanted more episodes and it only has 2.

First of all I want to point out that this is definitely an anime worth watching! I would have given it a higher score but it was too short and a little confusing at times so I gave it a 7. I will do my best to keep it spoiler free but mistakes do happen. Now to the point:
Story: usually I don't like it when the story doesn't have a main character and just shows too many different ones, because some end up being a bore... that was not true for baccano, even though it showed a lot of different stories it end up keeping

my interest in almost all of them. They were presented in an original and funny way and then connected together. The only thing I didn't like about the story was that it was quite confusing at times, maybe that was due to how short the anime was but it gave a lot of information that got explained later in the story and remembering everything gave me a headache. If not for that it would have gotten a higher score from me for sure - 8
Art: I never have anything too much to say about the art its either good or bad this was nice, nothing annoying on the eyes, well portrayed expressions, I've seen better and I've seen much much worse - 8
Character: the characters was one of the best things about this show, there were many different characters each with their own personalities. There were honestly no flaws regarding the characters, there were ones you wouldn't like and ones you'd just love, all different and all equally interesting (well isaac and miria bored me but I am under the impression I am the only one who thinks that so...). - 10
Overall I give it a 7 but I am fairly certain I would have given it a much higher score (like a nine) if it was a little longer since I feel like some characters didn't get as much development as others did (only by a bit though) and some things could have been explained better.

This anime has gotten a lot of hate and I honestly don't know why. I have seen some really big s**t and this is not one of them. oh and a bit of a spoiler alert.
Story 7/10: The story had it's ups and downs. It started really good and the whole power thing was presented in an interesting way, but then they messed with death a bit which I liked because I am a bad person and I enjoy it when unnecessary characters die, and then they undid that which I found extremely annoying! was nice, it wasn't very unique but it wasn't the type that you could tell what was going to happen the next minute either. It was an enjoyable plot that had me waiting eagerly for the next episode.
Art 7/10: a usual good art nothing special nothing particularly wrong with it.
Character 6/10: there were interesting characters like the student council president and there were boring ones like the little sister. There wasn't really a VERY interesting character throughout the series although I REALLY REALLY liked Yu at the last episode where he was playing with madness it was nice.
Overall it was a good anime that I would definitely recommend!

Okay the score is a little low but this is based on my opinion so everyone who's seen this and really liked it please put your knives down...
Story 3/10: the main reason for the low score was the story, I had high expectations for this anime when I heard about it, a girl that has to run away from her kingdom because the prince wants her and all that, but when the anime aired I realized that the first episode was the only good one. It wasn't bad, it was just boring! I found a complete lack of plot, and the only thing it had

was romance. I mean don't get me wrong I love romance anime but there has to be a scenario that can back it up.
Art 7/10: the art was what initially made me want to watch it, it's not something unique but that's not really a bad thing in this case, it's good art.
Character 5/10: well I liked Zen, the whole prince with a tragic past was nice and was at least making an effort for a storyline even though it failed, Shirayuki on the other hand was boring, she is a strong character which is a good change from the weak high school girl we usually see in shoujo, but I felt like she didn't really have a purpose in life, she was going on and on about a place to belong which would have been nice if her previous home was terrible and people there hated her, but she was really loved and apart from the thing with the prince she had a nice life there. Also the only thing that she seems to be interested in is alchemy which would have been nice if it wasn't ONLY centring around medicinal herbs.
So overall it is not the kind of anime that you will hate, and if have free time and just want to watch romance than give it a shot, but if there is something better in your "to watch" list then see that one.

Okay I will try to keep this sort.
I don't think that it's the anime that will get you hooked, but it is definetly the kind of anime that you should watch until the final episode and you will enjoy the whole thing. The characters are what is best about it, they are funny and likeable and you just want to watch them more. It has a great sence of humor and overall I thought it to be one of the most enjoyable comedy anime I've seen.
The only negative thing about it is that it has only a few episodes.

First of all let me say that I believe that if I hadn't seen Fate/Zero this would have gotten a better rating, but now I compared it to that wonderfull thing called Fate/Zero so it looses some points there.
Second I'd like to say that this is JUST my opinion.
Now then:
1. I found the storyline to be a little lacking since they were repeating a few things from Fate zero and it had this "hero will save the world" which bores me.
2. The art and sound were splendid and I truly enjoyed it.

opinion. I liked Gilgamesh (as always) and lancer was great as well but the rest were not as interesting as they could be... Tohsaka was discent but she got a little boring near the end and Shirou was just repeating himself all the time which bore me unbelievably.
4. Overall it was an enjoyable show and I would definetly recomend it, just don't expect as much from it as you got from Fate/Zero
