Ooo, I love that you keep a balance between backlog and seasonals! Mahou-shoujo, idols, and mecha sound like such a fun mix, and I appreciate a fellow “give everything a chance” mindset.

Cinderella Gray S2 is definitely popping up everywhere, and I get the bias — can’t blame you for that one! Gundam X on the side sounds awesome, too. I haven’t watched that, so maybe I should give it a try.

As for me, I tend to gravitate toward dramas, psychological stuff, and short-but-impactful series — gut-punchy emotional arcs really hit me. But I also love switching it up with cozy slice-of-life or fun seasonal shows depending on my mood.

The first season of Cinderella Gray leaving us with Oguri Cap's first real loss felt super underwhelming so yeah seeing her growth in S2 AND WITH KITAHARA BACK LETS GOOOOOOO its gonna be the tits.

GOD I love Still in Love, i fell in love at first sight with that U=ma². Also my saving for Umas has been abysmal lately, and i have nothing for Seiun Sky AGAIN.

I'm usually pretty impressed with Uma, but yeah this movie blew me out of the park. Now that I'm all caught up with Uma we now wait until October for Oguri's return...

Also I noticed we both have seen Birth. What were your thoughts on it? Though I had some issues with the plot, some bits were really visual eye-candy with the dynamic camera angles and such.
