I hope this love triangle (Oliver, Marbet, Junko) gets better developed. It is, if Junko stays alive. Shakti and Uso really have some connection, huh? Pretty good. It is like Tiffa and Garrod(from Gundam X), but it may be stronger, since they're so close to each other. lol this tactic was awesome! haha |

Junko was just lucky this episode (+ she's the leader of the Shrike Team, so I don't think she'll die before her other comrades). Still Uso, don't tell someone not to die before a battle. |

| Another entertaining battle, with a nice build-up of the next death of a female pilot (it actually started before this episode, I know). The (space) battles here keep me interesting in a way most of Zeta's weekly skirmishes couldn't. Though, the microwaves seemed too effective: everyone onboard was sensible enough to be affected. Also, I didn't know that it could generate stomachaches. My main problem since a few episodes is the boss of the Ligue: he is so childish for a résistance's leader! The little trust crisis from Marbet, the situation around Junko in general, is good. Far better than what I was expecting for a Gundam element partially revolving around a romance. 5/5 edit @Sapewloth : it will eventually make sense, even though it first appears as a new random Tomino idea. (sorry if you consider this a spoiler) Sapewloth said: Things always get better in space. ZZ post-Africa part? Joking, of course the affirmation is right: Counterattack is the biggest testimony of it (99% space = master Gundam piece). |

| Sometimes it feels like this show is just one big /ss/ doujin waiting to happen. Not that I mind, but still. Aside from that, the Oliver x Marbet pairing was a bit out there for me but the drama itself was decent and not overblown, which is way more than what you would usually expect from a Tomino show. Sad that Junko's about to go, though. I kinda like her. It was definitely one of the show's better episodes, as I was actually suprised when it reached the ED sequence: time really just flew by watching it. | So Marbet suddenly has the hots for Oliver.. what? Didn't she call him a "pimp" several episodes ago? I was waiting for Junko is die in this episode.. but that will most likely happen in episode 21 :). |
| Gotta admit that battles in Victory are so far more meaningful and interesting than in Zeta. This one is a 2-episode battle, I guess. Things always get better in space. Most UC spin-offs disagree. xD |
| DIARRHEA EPISODE LET'S FUCKING GOOOOOO Jokes aside, Uso's quest for a motherly figure is interesting, too bad it's not flashed out as it should be. Given its reputation I know things won't stay like this, but I wouldn't mind if the show kept this half boring half chill approach, with tragic scenes reserved only to actual characters. |
