Surprisingly, there aren't many isekai among my favorites but I enjoy seeing something new brought to the genre as a whole. I too know how bad some are, but how else is one to fill the void or find something new when one of the good ones comes to an end or takes a long break. You're free to try and convince me what makes a particular series bad, but it usually comes down to what one can and can't tolerate. Every genre has good and bad series among them. You are right that I should be more picky about it, but I have no room to complain when the industry pours their effort into pleasing a target audience I fall under.

You say I'm a "sucker", but I'm not the only one my fellow weeb. I was surprised you've watched nearly as much anime as I have. You might even catch up considering my occupation prevents me from enjoying my hobbies for long periods of time. I just missed two whole seasons of anime recently. Don't think I can get that time back. T_T

Thanks for xmas rec. Undead Girl wasn't really my thing but it wasn't bad either. From things i disliked i think that mystery part of the show was pretty weak, it felt like bunch of random shit being thrown at me. I like the kind of mystery where it's possible for viewer to form his own theories. Undead Girl gave me very little room to do that. Another thing i disliked was that there was too much of everything, Sherlock Holmes, Lupin, Vampires, Demons, Werewolves, idk, it's just too much. I get that some people like that type of setting, unfortunately not me. Now onto positive things, animation was pretty good and I liked main characters and their chemistry with each other. I think that if i'm about to get a pet in the future, it has to be talking head. Thanks for rec again and late happy new year.
